Ken is a 1980 graduate of Rutgers University and a 1992 graduate of the Camden County College ophthalmic program. A veteran, experienced optician since the early nineties, all of which have been with Dr. Spivack at Sterling Optical, Ken plays multiple roles in the office.

His primary function as the optical sales manager allows him to assist with all aspects of customer service. He is frequently the go-to man for adjustments and specialty work. Hobbies include dirt bike riding and radio control cars.

Gina Henry is a 1993 graduate of Washington Township High School and has worked with Dr. Spivack at Sterling Optical since 1994.

Graduating from the Camden County College ophthalmic program in 1996, Gina has worked her way up from an apprentice to confidently assisting customers and patients with their optical needs. She functions as the insurance manager, an always changing and challenging role. Since 1990, Gina has enjoyed being a cheerleading instructor.

Heather Conway is a 1999 graduate of Camden County College with an associates degree in Ophthalmic Science. She has been in the optical field for the last nine years, the last five with Dr. Spivack and Sterling Optical.

As the contact lens manager, Heather is responsible for orders and meeting with contact lens sales reps, along with assisting patients with their optical needs.

Since 2007, Vicki has assisted customers in frame selection and the adjusting and dispensing of eyewear under the supervision of licensed opticians.
